We offer a flexible monthly design subscription starting at USD $6,000/month, scoped to your product's needs. That could mean a full MVP, a design system, a redesign, or just a few key screens. We align on deliverables together and adjust as your product evolves.
We offer two packages. The Concept Sprint is a one-month, $3,000 engagement for early-stage ideas, covering strategy sessions and a handful of key screens. The Product Design Subscription starts at $6,000/month and covers end-to-end product design, research, strategy, design, and handoff, for both early-stage startups and scale-ups. We align on deliverables together and adjust as your product evolves.
Instead of hiring us for a fixed project with a fixed deliverable list, you bring us on as your embedded design partner on a monthly basis. We work through your product continuously, tackling whatever is highest priority each week. Need to nail your onboarding flow this month, pause for a month for testing, and then build out your design system the following month? We flex with you. It's designed for founders who are iterating fast and need a senior designer in their corner consistently, not just for a one-off handoff.
Every client gets a shared Trello board where we track priorities, in-progress work, and completed deliverables. We sync weekly to review work, align on what's next, and keep momentum going. Between calls we stay connected via Slack or WhatsApp for async feedback. You always know exactly where things stand.
Extensively. We use AI across the entire product process, from discovery and user flow mapping to prototyping and design system generation. We stay obsessively up to date on the best available tools and use them to move faster without cutting corners on quality.

We focus purely on product design. We don't offer complex website design, logo and marketing design, motion graphics, 3D design, original illustrations, or full-stack development. For anything outside our scope, we're happy to point you toward the right people.
